Trotzdem verstehe ich nicht, warum Jörg kein Problem mit drei Servern hat, von denen immer mal wieder einer ausfällt, obwohl er sie nicht auf dem einen oder anderen Wege zusammführt. Zumindest ich würde das in der Situation tun, um das Problem zu entschärfen. Und statt "würde", hier die Tatsache: Meine "Usenet-Hauptquelle" ist ein UUCP-Feed von uucp.gnuu.de. Sollte der mal ausfallen, greift automatisch ein NNTP-Fallback auf Solani und individual. Das geht halt am bequemsten mit lokalem Server. Und hätte ich das genannte NNTP-Tripel, von denen immer mal wieder der eine oder andere Server ausfällt, würde ich das auch per lokalem Server machen. Daß es wohl auch mit Deinem Binärsaug-Agent geht, zweifele ich nicht an, sondern wundere mich nur, wenn man schon drei Server hat, von denen immer mal einer ausfallen kann, warum man es *nicht* tut.
