Und DAS Problem ist hausgemacht: Man hat keine Krankenpfleger
ausgebildet und sich stattdessen auf "Agency staff" verlassen. Nur das
die am Ende das dreifache kosten, wollte man ja nicht wissen. Jetzt
werden wieder Azubis durchgepeitscht um an der Front Dienst zu tun.

Zudem ist die Ausbildung ein "Degree course" und die NHS beginnt damit
nicht mehr die Studiengebühr zu übernehmen. Wer will denn allen Ernstes
das machen, wenn du mit 30K Schulden rauskommst und (vor Steuer) 21K
p.A. machst?

In zwei Jahren wird ja alles besser - wenn wir[TM] aus der EU sind und
jede Woche 380Mio an die NHS bezahlen können >:-/
