Gee you are stupid. Once again, Ken, you are taking "universal" to mean what YOU want it to mean, not what physicists say it means in this context. You have to learn the meanings of words AS THEY ARE USED BY PHYSICISTS. Looking up the words in the dictionary and deciding which of the many definitions there you want to choose to take it to mean is not a good idea. Definitions are not right or wrong in themselves, but using the wrong definition for a given context is a terrible mistake, one you make all the time.
