No. You are DEEPLY confused. Several points: - Before the rockets fire, the rocket frame and the rod frame are IDENTICAL. Therefore, if they are synchronized in the rocket frame prior to firing, then they are ALSO synchronized in the rod frame prior to firing. - You cannot use the Lorentz transforms as written in the Einstein reference you are using throughout an acceleration. Your statement that "the LT transformation says they will stay synchronized" in an accelerating reference frame is just out and out bullshit. The Lorentz transformation as you are using it doesn't say ANYTHING about what will happen to clocks in a single accelerating reference frame, because it is a transformation between TWO different INERTIAL frames. - There is NOTHING in any Lorentz transforms that says that two clocks that remain at rest relatively to each other will remain synchronized, and I gave you an explicit example of this where the two clocks remain at rest and the observer accelerates. Here CLEARLY neither of the clocks is undergoing any acceleration and we have no reason to think that they'll move, but special relativity also CLEARLY says that they will become desynchronized. So your statement that "clocks relatively at rest will always stay synchronized" is just out and out bullshit.
