More honest would be to say
you have no idea how to predict it by GR. ( Neither I have )

GR is to  Kepler/Newton gravity
like a  parabolic function to linear function.

Newton gravity as a special case of GR,
as linear function is a special case of a parabolic one.

Saying GR cannot address what a Keplers laws can
as as rudiculous like saying
there is no way to interpolate points in a line
by a parabolic function.
