BUT not all apps (I'm talking about non-google stuff here) can be 
disabled.  I'm especially pissed about Facebook -- If you kill it 
deliberately it (and its Messenger sibling) it starts up again all by 
itself in a little while.  Moreover, it can't be disabled, just 
uninstalled.  I want to use it occasionally and don't want to lose my 
settings, but it's annoying anyway.  That seems to be the only one that 
autostarts and I'd really like to be able to defeat that.
