Ja, so kann man neben den mitgelieferten ICCBs auch welche von
Fremdanbietern verwenden ("Ladebox"), die eingangsseitig Adapter für
alles mögliche haben (Schuko, CEE blau, CEE rot 16A, CEE rot 32A, Typ2)
und in der Ladeleistung auf die aus dem aktuellen Netz entnehmbare
Ladeleistung einstellbar sind (maximale Flexibilität für den Anwender,
aber ein bisschen wissen was man tut muss man da schon). Geht aber auch
mit automatischer Einstellung je nach Wahl des Adapters:

Nur mal ein auf die Schnelle gefundenes Beispiel. Geht wohl auch günstiger.

Noch mal: der Kia Soul EV hat für seinen 6,6 kW-Onboard-Lader ein
Typ1-Inlet, das ist einphasig. Punkt.
Die Wallbox hat üblicherweise einen Festanschluss. Sie kann ein- oder
dreiphasig angeschlossen werden (wobei dreiphasig keinen Sinn macht bei
einer Wallbox, die ein fest angeschlossenes Kabel mit einphasigem
Typ1-Stecker hat).
Es ist doch genau gar kein Problem, eine ausreichend dimensionierte
einphasige (drei Adern: Phase, Null, PE) Strippe dahin zu ziehen und mit
32 Ampere abzusichern. Allenfalls der Netzbetreiber ärgert sich über die
"Schieflast". Die er aber bei 6,6 kW kaum merken wird. Das ist ja kaum
mehr als ein Heizlüfter, ein Wasserkocher und ein Staubsauger zusammen
ziehen. Die können auch schon mal gleichzeitig an einer Phase hängen, so
what?

Nur wenn Du eine Typ2-Wallbox auswählst *und* tatsächlich auch Fahrzeuge
mit Typ2-Inlet daran dreiphasig laden können sollen (die können alle
auch einphasig, aber dann eben mit weniger Leistung).

3-phasig und Typ2 wäre sinnvoll, dann kann er sein eigenes Auto mit
Adapterkabel Typ1-Typ2 dran laden, kann andere auch 3-phasig dran
nuckeln lassen und ist zudem für ein späteres anderes eigenes Fahrzeug
zukunftssicher. Wenn der Leitungsquerschnitt es hergibt kann eine Schuko
dazu, dann ist man noch flexibler (ein Auto kann einphasig an Schuko mit
8-12A "Schnarchladen", das andere parallel schneller an Typ2 dreiphasig).
