Streichen der Pendlerpauschale. Dafür sorgt Staat für gute Verkehrsinfrastruktur sowie ersatzlose Streichung von "reinen Wohngebieten". Das würde bezüglich preiswertem Wohnraum zu größerem Spielräumen führen. Auch kann sich ja der Arbeitgeber an den Verkehrskosten beteiligen, wenn ihm an dem Arbeitnehmer soviel liegt. Absetzbarkeit der Fahrkosten ausschließlich für Fahrzeuge die als LKW angemeldet werden. Das würde auf Arbeitgeberseite vielleicht mal zu Überlegungen führen, den Standort mehr nach sozialen Gesichtspunkten zu wählen. usw usw. -- ---hdw---
