'does more' is subject of definition agreement
what "does more" means in given context.

If the definition involves measuring, it can be measured.
If the definition involves enumeration, it can be enumerated.

Personally, I would be curious how you would measure feature list.

Being superset is a sufficient, but not essential condition.

But any discussion of OS superiority
is just an incubation of a flamewar
