Then you say that "already trained" individuals are scattered around junk yards. Sounds like there's plenty available for companies to hire and train if they need them. Hell, there must be THOUSANDS of already trained physicists bagging groceries that companies needing physicists can easily pluck up and use to good advantage. So why don't they, do you suppose? Why do you suppose those who are already-trained physicists are bagging groceries or doing technician jobs below their training, rather than doing good company work commensurate with their skills and being paid handsomely for it? Hmmm? Might there be a glut of the "already trained" so that those who are only average aren't attractive to those companies?
