The city forbids a lot of things but once you cross the line into the county it's the Wild West. You can tell where the boundaries are around the 4th of July and New Years -- the fireworks stands are on the county side. The city is 32 out of 2618 square miles. One of the more remote parts of the county is talking about seceding.
