above, each crossposted to three or four groups, and full of goofy 
spelling and grammar errors as well as all manner of crazy.

That's the same kook now posting in afn as TOSEM, by the way. He's been 
reduced from the goofy but relatively legible blather in the 2011 post 
archived above to the drooling, frothing lunatic that is writing TOSEM's 
barely-legible dribbles in 2016. Five short years and he's become one of 
the meltiest kooks in the history of melty kooks. All because NSP admins 
refuse to the last one to TOS a net.dead ghost that already doesn't post 
through any of their servers.

With the state of usenet these days, it's likely cuckoo anyway. What will 
decide your fate vis-a-vis kook awards is how you take it if you try and 
fail: will you accept it and move on, and be judged sane, or get 
increasingly melty like Wollmann and Murphy and win that KotM? (Murphy 
eventually won several, and his subsequent meltdowns in AUK were so 
spectacular he won Kook of the Year 2012 as well.)
