Where did you get this BS from?

Typical kook behavior. Come up with some crazy idea and declare it the
truth. True because you say so. On any given day there are a dozen others
here doing exactly that.

True for the hole itself, but its mass (as energy) has radiated outward,
as Hawking radiation, along with its gravitation.

Again, think of the Crab nebula.  Just because the central pulsar is much
smaller than the original star, gravity there didn't "evaporate", it's
just that much of the mass of the star is elsewhere. Different mechanism,
same idea.
