Was ich sagen wollte:
Die Telekom nimmt seit *Jahren* für einen Neuanschluss die Kosten, die 
tatsächlich entstehen. Früher haben die für xx DM|EUR hunderte Meter 
gebuddelt..... das ist schon lange nicht mehr so. Und damit ist die 
Aussage von Ralph nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß.... das ist kein 
"widerliches Kundenverhalten".

"Teuer" ist es nicht für die Telekom.... die verdienen auch bei 
Neuanschluss mittlerweile gut. Teuer ist es für den Endkunden.

Ich bin beim Billigheimer.... 1&1. Und hochzufrieden
