Ja, natürlich kann auch eine TAL mal kaputtgehen. Es passiert aber verglichen
mit anderen Arten von Anschlussstörungen eher selten. Aber selbst wenn es mal
passiert, bedeutet das noch lange nicht, dass vermietete Leitungen zögerlicher
repariert werden als solche, die von Telekom-Kunden genutzt werden. Nicht
selten betreffen Störungen ein ganzes Leitungsbündel (z. B. bei Baggerbiss)
und die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass dann auch Leitungen von Telekom-Kunden
schadhaft sind, ist relativ hoch. Die in Folge bei der T-Störungsstelle
auflaufenden Störungsmeldungen von Telekom-Kunden sorgen dann schon für
ausreichend Motivation, den Schaden möglichst schnell zu beheben, wobei bei
der Gelegenheit auch gleich die an die Konkurrenz vermieteten Leitungen
repariert werden.
