Oh Bodkin you are such a pathetic amateur when it comes to science. Einstein's claim was that the speed of light is independent of its relative source/observer speed. The only convincing way to check that is to actually measure it...not beat around the bush with obscure indirect experiments that fiddle about with the tenth significant figure and are full of vague assumptions and wild guesses.
