It should be obvious that the same time applies
to not rotating flat Earth without atmosphere,
with good enough time resolution and precise enough experiment settings.

Major factor causing different time is that air drag is nonlinear,
so for the same vertical speed projections,
the vertical drag force projections are not the same.

Similarly, for fast enough bullet there are tiny effects
of fictitious non inertial Coriolis and centrifugal forces,
together with rotation of a bullet.
