Yes We should colonize Mars,
We can send up our best Men and Womens,
to have Mars babies
of course the high radiation levels will keep them underground 95% of 
the time.
and the radiation levels will slowly make them blind, and lose intellegence.
as they expand on Mars they would get dumber
but it seems they would have to be dumb to go somewhere where there is 
no air, and no water, and no food for 5 years.
