Einfacher High-Side Current-Sense-Amplifier, so wie Du ihn bei LT,
Maxim, TI usw. im SOT23 kaufen kannst, oder selbst zusammenbauen aus OP,
3Rs und einem FET, wie im angehängten LTSPICE-File...
