Ungültige Stimmen übrigens nicht. Ungültige Stimmen werden bei der Berechnung der Sitzanzahl im BWahlG exakt im gleichen Maße berücksichtigt wie nichtabgegebene Stimmen, nämlich garnicht. Und an der einen Stelle, die mir bekannt ist, wo nach der Bundeswahlordnung gerechnet werden muss (allerdings nur zum Zwecke der Bekanntmachung ohne Konsequenz auf die tatsächliche Sitzverteilungsberechnung), trifft das genauso zu.
