Nicht unbedingt Putsch, sondern allgemein Ablösung eines Regierungssystems durch ein anderes. Das müßte man sich schon genauer angucken. Die heute existierenden politischen Systeme sind ja nicht vom Himmel gefallen, sondern irgendwie gegen die vorigen Herrscher erstritten worden - und da ein Herrscher, der seine Macht widerstandslos abgibt, nicht lange Herrscher ist, wird das auch im Allgemeinen nicht ganz reibungslos abgegangen sein. Jedenfalls halte ich es für gewagt, behaupten zu wollen, daß diese Entwicklung zu den heutigen Regierungssystemen "nur selten mit einer Steigerung der Lebensqualität oder einem besseren Nachfolgesystem verbunden" gewesen wäre. Früher war alles besser? :) Hanno
