Sounds to me like FB is > the problem... Because other non-Motorola facebook users have NOT complained about the problem. Isn't it a function of the hardware to obey the commands of the user? I guess it could be google's fault too, but I'm not going to hold my breath until I get help from google. BUT I found a solution by accident -- I moved a lot of apps, including facebook, to the external card last night. When I turned the phone on this morning there were NO facebook notifications.
