Collector hebt sich nur auf 8Vdc. Kann natürlich sein daß die Lastkazität des Oszilloskops alles verstimmt. Die 418MHz + Seitenbänder kann man mit der kontaktierenden Hameg-Probe bei Tastendruck auch feststellen, hauptsächlich am Quarz des ICs, nicht am BFS17. Werde mir jetzt BFS17 besorgen. MfG JRD
