You don't need to do that. You just have to be scientist or work Somewhere 
in Science or about Science, then that Institution will automatically pay 
the expenses for you and everybody affiliated as such.

It reveals you are not even an amateur in Science. Likely you are just a 
half-engineer. Rotchm and Kefischer are more intelligent than you.
