BUT that's the point, what I propose, what the bad guys used because it 
was secure from snooping by authorities, is NOT SENDING. That's the 
whole point.

If you send, there is a route and many servers involved, one of which 
can read your post. The trick is not sending, ever. One bad guy wrote 
the post and left it in drafts. Another bad guy in a different place 
accessed the same account, looked in drafts, and read it.

Instead of bad guys, just good guys with privacy in mind. The method is 
private as long as you trust the mail provider. For instance, Proton.

The encryption is https, if you use the web mail front. Or imaps if you 
don't. Might work with some types of mail encryption. Thunderbird can be 
told to save encrypted drafts.
