    I have a root file system I mave to mount with "emergency ro" after the 
line of kernel code to mount ro. When I do this I see in the root directory 
.journal an invisible file that is supposesd to be changed into a special 
invisible inode. The journaling inode. I run e2fsck -a /dev/sda2 rot the 
root device and the shell says everything is clean. But the file is still 
there I can't seem to fix the filesystem. It was ext2 and I added 
journaling.
