Almost. They should be PRIu32, PRIu32, PRIu16, and PRIu64, respectively.

They're incorrect, or at least non-portable.
"%ld" requires an argument of type long int. x is of type uint32_t,
which is certainly not the same type, and may or may not be the same
size.
Remember, the format specifies like "%d", "%ld", and so forth require
arguments of specific *types*, not specific sizes.
