The company spends $13 million a year on training and incentives for 
retailers.  The markup on Monster Cables is what keeps many shops in 
business.  Sales personnel win all-expenses-paid vacations from Monster 
Cable.  Their Retailer Awards is one of the biggest events on the CES 
party circuit.
