of course, and when you do, you'll see there is no measurable
difference, assuming they're similar gauge. 

if you're comparing monster cable (which is thick) versus cheap thin
speaker cable, then there might be a measurable difference, but even
then, it probably won't be audible unless the run is long or you're
pumping *lots* of power through it.

nothing, but even if there is a little rounding, it isn't anything
anyone could hear.

negligible, unless you're using really thin wire. 

thicker wire is often worth the difference (to a point), especially for
longer runs.  

monster cable is just overpriced thick wire you can get at a hardware
store for a tiny fraction of its price.
