Das die Ausdehnung von Materie Ansammlungen meist von der Temperatur
abhängt, sollte bekannt sein.
Ohne Ausdehnung von Luft würde der Heißluftballon nicht fliegen.

Bei Wasser gibt es die Messung:

Also von 20° auf 21° eine Erhöhung von 3 mm pro km.
Oder 9 m bei einer Wassertiefe von 3000 km (Ozean)
