Wirklich kompliziert ist ein Upgrade auf eine neuere Version aber nicht:

Und wenn Du noch irgendwelche PPAs in /etc/apt/sources.list.d oder
/etc/apt/sources.list hast, müssen die ggf. auch an die neue Version
angepasst werden und danach einmal ein Update der Pakete ausgeführt werden.
