My body lotion has a spout at the top, with a straw (?) running to the bottom -- which stops working when contents are low. Then, I take off the top to access the lotion. Once it is that low, I squeeze it between other bottles, etc., in an upside-down position (after shaking becomes too slow to move the lotion). -- Rich Ulrich
