Es geht in keiner Weise um eine Entschädigung sondern vielmehr um die
korrekte Ermittlung des Arbeitseinkommens. Und das besteht aus den
Zahlungen des Arbeitgebers minus den Aufwendungen des Arbeitnehmers, die
zuer Erzielung eben dieser Zahlungen nötig waren. Und richtig, der
Wohnort ist Privatsache, da hat sich kein Schlaumeier einzumischen und
Vorschriften zu machen. Der ARBEITSWEG dagegen ist ausschließlich durch
die das Verlangen des Arbeitgebers bestimmt, dass der Arbeitnehmer an
einem bestimmten Ort zu einer bestimmten Zeit zu erscheinen hat.
