Der Arbeitgeber darf auch gerne mehr Gehalt zahlen, wenn ihm danach ist. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass die Aufwendungen für den Arbeitsweg auch dieses höhere Gehalt mindern und daher bei der Berechnung des zu versteuernden Einkommens berücksichtigt werden müssen.
