Nicht mehr zeitgemaess. Vergleiche es mal mit dem Auto. Frueher musste 
der Autofahrer wissen, wie er Zuendkerzen ausbaut, reinigt und auf 
Kontaktabstand bringt. Man hatte immer ein kleines Messingbuerstchen 
dabei (ich habe meines noch). Wir haben das in der Fahrschule gelernt.

Heute? Da erwartet der Konsument, dass das Auto per Knopfdruck oder, 
wenn es denn unbedingt sein muss, durch Drehen des Zuendschluessels 
anspringt und er aber auch gar nichts ueber die Technik wissen muss. 
Weiter hat das Auto gefaelligst das Handy-Gespraech unaufgefordert auf 
die Audio-Anlage zu uebernehmen, automatisch den Hintern zu beheizen, 
eine GPS Karte zu produzieren, und so weiter.

Bei Computern erwartet der Konsument dies ebenfalls und bekommt das 
normalerweise auch.

Dass viele Leute dabei computertechnisch abschlaffen, steht ausser 
Frage. In aller Ehrlichkeit gehoere auch ich dazu, der frueher in DOS 
Zeiten fast alles per Command Line gemacht hat, heute aber dekadent eine 
GUI bevorzugt. Computerei ist nunmal nicht mein Fachbereich und ich 
moechte das moeglichst einfach halten. So wie noch weit extremer bei den 
meisten Kaeufern von Chromebooks, iPads oder Android Tablets. 
Betriebssystem? Was'n des? Brauch'mer net wisse :-)
