Not at all. Open Keychain Access, and look at the "Secure Notes" item on
the left sidebar. Add notes there at will. Search them using the
top-right search field. Simple.

Nope, you can put them all under Secure Notes. Passwords is where
*applications* on your devices/computers store their passwords. Secure
Notes is where *you* store your own things. And again, there's a search
bar at the top-right corner that lets you find whatever it is you want.

Do you find it hard to ignore things that don't interest you in other
situations, or just here?
