You can use whichever webbrowser you want. Dashlane will work with all 
of them ...

    Dashlane can only support the release versions of these
    browsers:

      - Chrome (Windows & Mac OS X)
      - Firefox (Windows & Mac OS X)
      - Internet Explorer (Windows)
      - Edge (Windows)
      - Safari (Mac OS X)

Since it mentions Internet Explorer, the video you saw was for Windows 
computers. There is no Internet Explorer for Mac any longer and there's 
no Safari for Windows.
