I have told you recently, that I think SRT is wrong. So SRT is not among 
the axioms I would use.

You have actually said, that spacetime is curved - according to GR.

How do you match that with our own statement, that spacetime is flat?

You cannot proof physics mathematically.

Spacetime might be flat or curved, but that is not a mathematical 
question, but one, we should decide by observation of nature.

Sure I do.

But again you argue, that spacetime might not be curved, because SRT 
forbids.

THAT is WRONG.

Not because of the statement itself, but because you cannot tell nature 
what to do.
