Da ich ja seit dem 31.10.2015 Glasfaser habe, nebenbei - bei dem Anschluss gibt es auch eine tägliche Zwangstrennung für das Internet, kann ich jedenfalls für meine Zeit bei der .t... die vor diesem Datum liegt, sagen das es eine tägliche Zwangstrennung bei meinen ISDN/DSL mit bis zu 384 kbit/s Anschluss damals gab. Hat mir sogar ein Techniker der .t... bestätigt, als ich bei einem Gespräch danach fragte. Die 20 Euro für IT-Leistungen, die die .t... dann für diese Frage kassieren wollte, wurden "aus Kulanz" erstattet, da ich der Meinung war, wenn mich der Techniker wegen der Störung anruft und ich ihm nebenbei so eine Frage stelle, hat er mich vorher zu informieren, wenn diese kostenpflichtig ist. Das es bei NGN Anschlüssen nicht zu einer Zwangstrennung kommt, ist klar. Außer, es ist mal wieder etwas fehlkonfiguriert und die .t... hat Mühe es wieder zurechtzubiegen, was ja auch schon geschehen ist. Dann 'freuen' sich die Kunden, wenn sie mitten im Gespräch unterbrochen werden.
