Tritt der Fehler auch im BIOS-Bildschirm oder bei einer alternativen 
Auflösung an genau derselben Stelle auf? Dann

Hast du ein Panel mit demselben Displayanschluß zum testen?

Eine weitere Möglichkeit wäre der RAM, wenn das Notebook sich für die 
Grafik RAM abknapst.
