I have done an wrong sample: 
So the previous one , I just need to emit a
better error message. (I got an assert)

Let's try again:

#define M(a) X##a

M(1_0)

my preprocessor output is:

X1 _0 

the VC preprocessor output is :

X1_0

So my preprocessor still wrong.
Before to expand M , the argument 1_0 is expanded to 1 _0.
I insert spaces.
