If I understand the question, then I'd say no.  (Snit's DSM?  You mean 
_the_ DSM V?  Or Snit's diagnoses? Or...?)

There's a lot of them, and that doesn't even identify them all.

A common place for the argument from incredulity is creationism, where 
someone refuses to accept that evolution can make sense, no matter how 
much evidence is given them.  They don't get a sense of the timescales 
involved, so they don't believe it can happen.
