Na, bei Störungen kommen Techniker, nicht Mitarbeiter der Telekom,
sondern Techniker von Sub oder SubSubunternehmen, die mies bezahlt
werden und nur durch viele Erledigungen von Störungen ihren Lohn
aufbessern können. Dementsprechend messen die einmal, sagen "Das ist in
Ordnung" und gehen wieder. Genau so wollte es der dritte Techniker der
hier ankam auch machen, erst als ich ihm sagte "Lt. dem Mitarbeiter der
Telekom, der mich angerufen hat, haben Sie den Auftrag von der
Vermittlung über den Hausanschluss bis zur TAE alles zu kontrollieren,
weil die inzwischen von Kontaktstörungen ausgehen". Und als er dann mal
am Hausanschluss maß, waren da deutlich bessere Werte.

Nur, früher - als es noch die Post war - hätte das schon der erste
Techniker der Post gemacht und ich hätte nicht Beschwerden schreiben
müssen, weil die .t... für jeden Einsatz eines Technikers, der dann
keine Störung findet, 50 Euro haben möchte.

Telekom und Service, das war einmal.
