Das Ergebnis der Wahl war zum Zeitpunkt der Entscheidung des Nichtwählens unbestimmt, und auf diesen Zeitpunkt kommt es an. Wäre das Ergebnis ein anderes, könnte man mir an etwas anderem die Schuld geben. Man könnte mir also zum Zeitpunkt der Entscheidung an jedem beliebigen Ergebnis gleichzeitig (!) die Schuld geben - und das ist nichts anderes als ex falso quodlibet. Noch mal genauer: Wenn du aus der Aussage (Nichtwähler hat Schuld) sowohl (Schuld an Gewinner a) als auch (Schuld an Gewinner b) schließen kannst, dann macht das (Nichtwähler hat Schuld) zu einer falschen Aussage, denn nur aus einer falschen Aussage kannst du alles incl. seinem Gegenteil schließen.
