Ein Handwerker hat üblicherweise statische Objekte. In der Politik ist das nicht der Fall, sonst könnte man den Arbeitsauftrag für Regierung und Parlament für die Legislaturperiode festschreiben, mit zwei Nachtbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Konventionalstrafen bei Nichterfüllung.
