The vapour pressure of wate is expressed in the formula
P=log10P=A-(B/(C+T))
Where P= Pressure in mmHg
T=Temperature (in degrees Celcius)
A, B and C are constants thus:
A=8.07131
B=1730.63
C=233.426
Water will vapourise from just above its triple point to its critical point.
Stranger things can happen above the critical point depending on the ambient
environment.
