NONSENSE.

The key aspect of the CMBR is that it is isotropic to within a few parts in 
10^5. They know this by recording the observed temperature while pointing the 
instrument in different directions. So direction is not at all "disregarded".

	They do omit foreground sources (e.g. stars), and they
	subtract off the overall dipole (due to the motion of
	the instrument).
