I think I still have my "paid for" full PowerForth environment somewhere in 
the deep archive (where all my floppy disk images ended up). This also 
included the X-Shell tools. 

I think Steve gets a bit fed up with the expectation of "free" support from 
those who obtain or download the freely available versions. People should 
realise that support costs and will always cost. Either you pay for the 
product and get an element of support thrown in with it or you get the 
software free and then pay for the support. You have to pay for the hardware 
after all.
