Look at the chirp I mentioned thats only in the Livingston data right hand of graph
just right of the peak ofthe official chirp. It isnt in hanford. One can trace back 
a ringdown  profile through other wavelets to the left of it. And most importantly
it is stronger in intensity than all the other parts of the *official ringdown*,  except
the very peak of the official ringdown. In other words its not noise. And it has
the right profile. A log graph like profile seen in the ringdown examples. 
And this potential relativity defying example was found in only a microsecond
of MONTHS of official data. !!!
