If I have an unlocked phone I can put any SIM into it and use it. If I 
have a virtual SIM in my phone I need to someone's permission to change 
it and you can be damn sure that, with time, issues will arrive that 
make it difficult to impossible to get the virtual SIM changed.

Why? Because Apple!
